I started my first real walk in many a year, slightly apprehensive of the damage I could do to an aging frame, but keen to give it a try.

I chose the Isle of Man and the Raad ny Foillan because the distance appealed to me. It seemed doable in a couple of weeks and because it was a costal walk – my favourite.
I was entreated to take pictures on this trip so that I could tell and show, and I am most grateful for the advice.
