Menorca – Cami de Cavalls -2

S’Algar to Parking Playa Binisafúller – 10th April 2026

A little cooler today and a sea breeze for most of this short trek along the coast from the hotel.
I am reminded a lot of Malta. Little villages crammed into each bay or cove breaking the low limestone cliffs. It makes for an easy time having so many places to stop if required.

A bit more of the walled lanes to start with.
I wonder how big it has to be to get the 1500 fine?
Caló Roig and a big cave.
And on the shimmering sea the shining sun.
Looking back to S’Algar
A Spanish defensive tower.
You see these gates everywhere made from the split branches from I-know-not-what tree. All have this curved rustic shape following the natural lines of the wood.
Low cliffs and narrow little coves abound.
Biniancolla
Looking back on the Binibèquers and the Illa de l’Aire.
Coming in to Binsafulla or Binisafúller and a nice restaurant awaits.

A nice, gentle day strolling along really. Plenty of café and such when required.
