Camí de Cavalls -7

Platja de Cavalleria to Arena de son Saura – 15th April 2026

Heading against the grain today again. I just do not like the sun on the back of my neck. I’d much rather it was in my face. Dry, 18 degrees and sunny mostly. Excellent stuff, just what is required.

I am actually starting above the Cala. Those are the high dunes.
The Cap de Cavalleria and the Far.
Macar Gran and in the far distance Fornells and maybe lunch.
A bit of slippage. So, a new route.
Macar Petit. Yes. French, hmmm.
Just one more headland to go.
And then across the beach.
Nope, not open. But a view looking back.
Last chance before the hills and it too is shut. I will just have use up some my reserves of fat – or the ‘baby in my belly,’ as little Aurora would say.
Three metal naked women sort of dancing, I think.
Timmmmmmmmmbbbbbbbbeeeeer – eventually.
Last couple of miles has been this lovely pine forest. The wind is stirring the tops and not far away the sea is crashing into the cliffs.

A very lovely day. I was expecting a bit more upz and downz but not complaining. Of course, I may do tomorrow when the big stuff starts.
